Honor what the customer service promises to do for customer who without them, you loose!! Caps are to tight for seniors and petsons with weak wrist to open by themselves!!. Instruct your walmarts specially allow your coupons to be honor for the full price on coupon if it say Free or what value coupon says!!

I've been buying the 16oz 12-pack for years, one each week, having switched from another brand. I'm not sure of the reasoning for making them impossible to open, but for the past couple of months, I've had to literally saw the seam so I could open them.

If not, it leaks out while I pry it open. It's bad enough that the cost has risen by more than 3 dollars per pack, but then to have them leak all over me - I'm not happy.

It's time to make a switch. Do better, Lipton!

Im disappointed because they took the paper wraps off of the tea bags. It makes the tea weaker. Could you please at the wraps back to the tea bags?

I'm so DAMNED pissed at Lipton tea for discontinuing the Instant tea in the jar. Lipton Cold Brew tea bags does NOT cut it, HATE it.

I've tried for the first time the Lipton green tea, which by the way comes in awfully stinky bags, and it was literally the worst green tea I've ever tasted in my life; content of the stinky bag is an unrecognisable dust that could be the byproduct of real tea working process, but it just doesn't taste like it.

I usually avoid stuff labeled Unilever, but this time I asked mom to buy it for me, and her choice was surprisingly bad. I will never, ever buy anything labeled Lipton in the future, so as I've always done before, I just had to give my advice to someone else.

I have 300 bought a Product but I don't get the amount.please my money recovery.I am confident that you will send me money after seeing this.

I usually purchase these drinks, and on this day I decided to take one to work. On my lunch break I went and took a drink, and quickly noticed something in my bottle. I took a look and was nauseated.

Tear very easily as there not seperated, always two together, which means when you try and pull apart they tear so no longer in use, its shocking, never had this problem with pyramids which i always bought!

I don't know what the problem is with the lids on the Lipton Diet Peach Tea but they need to look into it. It's nearly impossible to open a bottle.

I have to take a sharp knife and cut the lid off. I may stop buying if I don't see some improvement.

I paid good money for this and I have so much busted tea bags or I don't know why I got so many tea grams in my tea. The box full of them every time make some is full of them I have to strain it.

It's the best tea in the world. But I can't keep paying this amount of money for this and it be like that.

Bought Knorrs because i could not find Lipton. It is NOT the same...not even close.

I won't be buying any more. Lipton was sooooo much better tasting.

Lipton tea has changed and not for the better. Terrible tasting black tea and all other herbal tea's are awful!

Don't waste time or money trying to find something satisfying. Very unhappy since I am not able to enjoy a morning cup of tea

Do you still make the tropical iced tea cant find it anywhere. we really like to and we are sad that we cannot find it anywhere for purchase. Hoping you can let me know if you still manufacture it and if you do where can I get it where is it available.

So, let's just say it's been a rough day. Finally get back home after being away for weeks.

Nothing in the fridge as I've been away... but there was one packet of Liptons Cup of Noodle. I was looking forward to enjoying a warm cup. After heating in the microwave, there are 13 specs of what should be noodles.

Looks like a 1 inch Noodle chopped up 13 times and that's what's in my cup.

Very disappointed. Going to bed hungry tonight.
